Florida Keys Primary Care & Wellness is the new name of the practice the Lower Keys community has trusted for forty years as Big Pine Medical. Located at 29980 Overseas Hwy in Big Pine Key, our recently renovated clinic combines long-established primary care with modern wellness, hormone, weight loss and aesthetic technology.
Our team is led by Dr. Gregory Keifer, D.O., a Florida-licensed osteopathic physician, alongside Tabble Memoli, MSN, APRN, certified through Dr. Rachel Rubin's Hormone Therapy program. Operations and our wellness and aesthetic device portfolio are led by Tommy Iglesias, under Dr. Keifer's medical supervision.
